HOW SMOKEY IS IT?
Good question! We use the Mezcal Smoke Scale so you don’t have to wonder. Our cocktails are perfectly matched with smoke ratings of either zero, a trace, or a kiss of smoke.
We exclusively use Kimo Mezcal. Authentic, naturally low smoke, premium mezcal. Allowing us to achieve a wonderfully balanced cocktail. Warmth and depth with out the smoke.
